This path didn’t begin in light. It began, like many others, through challenges.

I’ve walked through emotional trauma, betrayal in love and work, financial hardship, divorce, and the ache of disconnection. These weren’t detours, they were initiations. They taught me presence, humility, and compassion. And they quietly shaped how I now walk beside others on their healing journeys.

​

Before this work, I spent ten years as the Director of Operations in an international environmental company. I also worked as a tutor and life education coach. My background in music and the arts continues to weave into how I hold space through sound, creativity, and sensitivity. Over time, healing found me. Or perhaps, I finally became still enough to listen.

I trained in Reiki and eventually completed my teacher training with the Japan Reiki Association. The depth and spiritual wisdom in traditional Japanese Reiki transformed me. It continues to be a quiet foundation in all I do.

Today, I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, a multidimensional communicator, and a guide. Through one-on-one sessions, group journeys, and ritual work. Both online and in person. I’ve supported over a thousand families across the world in realigning their bodies, emotions, minds, and spirits.

And now, I’m also a mother, raising two daughters in a loving marriage, held by the rhythm of a life that finally feels aligned. I’m grateful to wake up each day doing what I love, living with a sense of fulfillment, meaning, and quiet abundance.
